RollerDrive is an efficient DC drive for unit load handling systems, e.g. for transporting cartons, trays, workpiece carriers or tyres at normal ambient temperatures. Suitable for straight conveyors, small belt conveyors, and especially zero-pressure accumulation conveyors. It can also be used in shuttle systems, aligning conveyor segments or transfers or other “conveyor system branches”.

The new drum motor platform from Interroll combines the different motor concepts in a single design and makes it easy for customers
to build their own, completely individual conveyor system. Since all motors have the same shafts, the number of different parts from
the original equipment manufacturer is reduced and conveyor construction is significantly easier. The broad speed spectrum covers all imaginable applications. The clever plug-and-play solution makes installation easier.

The compact pallet drives can be easily integrated into the working environment. Unlike conventional rollers driven by geared motors, Interroll Pallet Drives make efficient use of space. As a single-station solution, the powerful asynchronous motors can be used as single-position drives for loads up to 1250 kg.
